Our team is highly trained and has in-depth knowledge of budgeting, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, tax and audit preparation, financial statements, collections and payroll processing. Lastly our administrative team provides services in support of the community's residents and officers.
Nichole Morales is a property manager and licensed community association manager. She has an MBA in Accounting, is a federally licensed tax expert, a certified tax resolution specialist, a certified accepting agent with forensics training, a licensed notary, and a licensed real estate broker. She brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, business, and real estate knowledge to manage multiple properties and community associations.
Danielle Calabrese is an admin and real estate agent. Danielle has been an active real estate industry member since 1997 and is excited to continue playing an active role in the home buying and selling experience as part of Mac Bauer Realty. With a passion for service in the Central Florida area, Danielle is ready to help with your home-buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Mac Bauer family, Danielle brings knowledge, understanding, integrity, compassion, and outstanding client service into every transaction. When not assisting in a real estate transaction, Danielle makes the Seminole area of Tampa Bay home, along with family and pets. She loves to live where most vacation. Living in Florida allows for all the great outdoor activities, and you can find her enjoying the sun and white sand beaches or camping near our natural springs.
Rachel Campbell is a property manager and our marketing associate. She is a local to St. Petersburg, born and raised. She received her bachelors in Public Relations and Communications and has 5+ years of business development experience. Her responsibilities include communication and relations with vendors and associations as well as website and portal management.
Nathan Yang is a property manager and real estate agent. He started his career as an engineer after seven years of school. After several successfully completed B-R-R-R-R projects (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat!) it motivated him to obtain his real estate license and begin achieving my passive income and retirement goals. He is responsible for property management and real estate sales.
Jacalyn Barbre is a property manager assistant. She has an A.A. and an A.S. degree in accounting with Microsoft, Excel, and QuickBooks certifications. She enjoys numbers and has a background in finance and real estate. She has been involved with real estate and investment property management for ten years.
Christina Sandvoss Montrone is a licensed real estate broker in St. Petersburg, Florida, and has a total experience of 10 years in the real estate business. Before real estate, Christina owned her own Law Firm Private Practice. She has worked several years for the State of Florida in both Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties as well as in the private arena. Christina has been a licensed Attorney for 25 years and continues to take her experience into the Real Estate Industry.
Carrie Rodriguez brings 20+ years of Managerial experience and 3 years within the Real Estate Industry. Her role within Mac Bauer Realty and Property Management is the On-Site Manager, she deals with all the day-to-day functions of daily management.
Thomas is our Maintenance Supervisor for all Residential and Commercial Properties. He has years of experience with renovations and repairs. Not only with maintenance upkeep but also with modernizing real estate in order to increase property value. Thomas brings knowledge and expertise to solve building and property issues.
